Original under 20 CSR 2250-5.020: $50 application plus $50 salesperson issuance ($100) or $100 broker issuance. Salesperson renewal $65 by September 30 even years; broker $75 by June 30 even years. 12-hour CE with a 3-hour Fair Housing core for 2026–2028. Late $50 per month, max $200.
