A Nevada 120 or Utah sales-agent certificate is not that pair.

Pearson seats 80 national items in 150 minutes and 40 Idaho-law items in 90 minutes at a scaled 70, $83 for the combined 4-hour appointment, 5 national pretest plus 5–10 state pretest. Fail one section, retake that section within one year of the passed section, and file the completed application within one year of the first pass or sit both again. Fingerprints are a separate Pearson reservation (Boise / Pocatello / Spokane Valley electronic; not Nampa); results live six months; no clearance notice is mailed. Original on the live January 1, 2026 Fees page is $135; renewal is $0 during the announced fee holiday — originals are not waived. Idaho Code § 54-2070 still names a $20 recovery-fund fee on original and two-year renewal. E&O is Rice or independent REE141.

First active salesperson renewal is two different Commission Core courses plus named post-license (8-hour Post License Fundamentals and one 4-hour module). Later renewals swap the 12 post-license hours for 12 electives. Associate broker is a different 90 hours — Brokerage Management 28 + Real Estate Law 30 + two listed electives, live or Zoom only, Pearson $83 at scaled 75 on 80 national + 50 state. Designated broker adds BCOO (or Management in lieu) and office paperwork.
