Pay the $100 combination exam fee to NRED at red.prod.secure.nv.gov first. NRED's Salesperson Initial License Requirements page sets 120 hours in four named blocks, including 18 hours of Nevada law, and NAC 645.435 is the regulation behind those blocks. California's 135 hours do not satisfy the 18-hour Nevada requirement.

Pearson gives 80 national items in 150 minutes and 40 Nevada salesperson items in 90 minutes, and you need 75% on each. A passed section is valid for 12 months. Fingerprints expire in two months (Form 619). NRED's original salesperson fee is $140; NRS 645.830 and the handbook still list $125, and this guide uses NRED's figure. By statute, the ERRF is $40 at original licensing and $40 at renewal. First-year postlicensing is NAC 645.4442's 15 named modules (no clock-hour total in the text). Subsequent salesperson CE is 36 named hours under NAC 645.448.

A broker license requires 64 semester credits including 45-hour Nevada Broker Management (which experience credits cannot replace), 2 years active full-time within the last 4 years, Pearson exams of 80 items/150 min + 50 items/90 min at 75%, a $160 fee, Form 558 financials, and a credit report within 30 days. Broker-salesperson requires the same education but works under another broker. Oregon's 150 hours, Arizona's 90, and California's 135 are useful comparisons but do not apply in Nevada. Nevada keeps the salesperson title, fingerprints expire in two months, and Duties Owed, Consent to Act, SRPD and water rights are scored items.
