The DSPS salesperson page requires a 72-hour Board-approved program within four years or 10 semester credits, with a 13-hour endorsement path. The RDAF PDF lists salesperson and broker renewal at $75, or $100 late, due December 14 of even years.

Pearson gives one salesperson exam with topics mixed together — 140 scored items plus pretest, 4 hours, scaled 75 — for $65. It is not PSI, not split 80+40, and not offered on OnVUE. Apply within one year of passing. Form 812 associates you with a firm. CE is 18 hours (12+6) by December 14 of even years. The broker license requires 2 years in the last 4, 40 points on Form 3036, broker education, and the Pearson broker exam (100 scored items, 3.25 hours, scaled 75). Illinois's salesperson-then-managing-broker PSI path, Minnesota's salesperson requirements, Michigan's 40 hours including civil rights, and Indiana's broker-entry Pearson 091500 exam are useful comparisons, but Wisconsin's rules are its own: WB forms are scored, December 14 is set by statute, and scaled 75 is not 75 percent.

The DSPS pages set the education requirements: a 72-hour salesperson program within four years (REEB 25.033) or 10 semester credits; a 72-hour broker program (REEB 25.023) or 20 semester credits; and endorsement courses of 13 hours (salesperson) and 6 hours (broker). Pearson handbook #095000 sets the exam details: $65; salesperson 140 scored items, 4 hours, scaled 75; broker 100 scored items, 3.25 hours, scaled 75. You may sit the exam before finishing education, but DSPS will not issue a license without the hours. Form 812 associates you with a firm. The DSPS salesperson and broker pages describe no consumer recovery fund; Form 814 trust-account consent is the consumer-protection tool. DACA applicants follow DSPS SAVE / EAD instructions as currently published. Lead-based-paint certification, if you disturb pre-1978 paint, comes from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and does not count as DSPS real estate education.
