North Dakota still issues a salesperson license after 90 NDREC-certified hours (apply within two years). PSI $134 at raw cuts — national 100 items (100 points) pass 70 in 150 minutes, state 40 items pass 30 in 90 minutes — with no test code, unlimited retakes inside 12 months, and a split retake of only the failed portion. Application is online-only: $150 plus a credit-history fee the live page prints as both $13 and $11.25, fingerprints mailed to NDREC with $40 payable to the Attorney General, and a $20 one-time Education, Research and Recovery Fund at issuance. Reciprocity is only Georgia, Iowa, and Minnesota, and only if you are licensed and live primarily there. Broker is an additional 60-hour course (the live broker-standards paragraph copy-pastes “salesperson”; the costs line and NDCC 43-23-08(4) are the broker 60) plus two years full-time salesperson work, then PSI 90 items carrying 100 points pass 75 plus the same 40/30 state paper. CE for Nov. 16, 2025–Nov. 15, 2026 is 12 elective hours with no mandatory topics. South Dakota will not issue you an original salesperson license — this paper cannot be renamed to that 116-hour broker-associate hanging.

PSI seats 100 national items in 150 minutes (pass 70) and 40 North Dakota items in 90 minutes (pass 30) at $134 whether one portion or both. Broker national is 90 items carrying 100 points (pass 75). Experimental 5–10 unscored against the clock. No eligibility code. Upload score reports into Online Services. Fingerprints: two cards to NDREC, $40 check to the AG — do not reverse those addressees. Credit-history fee is $13 on the costs list and $11.25 in the payment paragraph; confirm the live cart rather than inventing one.

Reciprocity is a three-state list that also requires you to live there. CE this cycle is 12 electives, no mandatory topics, due Nov. 15. Inactive can last indefinitely if you keep renewing annually. Wholesaling residential equitable interests requires this license. This paper cannot be renamed to another state: the recovery fund is $20 one-time, the reciprocal neighbors are Georgia, Iowa, and Minnesota, and the broker-standards page copy-paste is not a second 90.
