No. Effective 3/31/2025 PSI processes exam registration online only at test-takers.psiexams.com/nhre. Mail, fax, or email is returned. Rea 301.03 still describes a Commission-filed registration form — the bulletin is the current sitting path.

Does NH really have reciprocity with all 50 states?

The PSI bulletin says that sentence. Treat it as an application path at OPLC, not a waived 40-hour course or a waived state paper, until the live reciprocal application actually waives them. Alternate education is 34 national + 6 NH, still 32/8.

What CE applies at renewal?

Live OPLC education page (fetched 2026-09-02): active renewal is at least one three-hour core course plus at least twelve elective hours, all Commission-accredited, tracked in CE Broker. RSA 331-A:25, IX wants specified first-renewal electives; until the Commission finishes that rulemaking, 12 accredited electives satisfy. Inactive renewal is a different product — confirm live.

What does the license cost?

Rea 301.02: $90 original salesperson and $90 biennial renewal. Live OPLC cart is what charges; school materials have used $99. Application and initialLicense in this object are the same $90, not stacked. PSI $66 is extra. Late renewal $60 extra for up to six months.

Do I need a broker to sit?

No. You need the 40 hours done before the sitting. You need a New Hampshire broker affiliation to practice active, and the license application is due within six months of passing whether you file active or inactive.

Is the exam Pearson? Can I test remotely?

PSI, not Pearson. Bulletin sites are New Hampshire centers (Concord, Keene, Nashua, Newington, Portsmouth, Manchester). Confirm live whether remote proctoring is a current PSI product for NHRE — this hub does not invent an OnVUE row the bulletin table did not print.

How long are scores good?

Apply within six months of passing both portions. Eight attempts or six months from the original exam without both papers → new prelicense course. Paid PSI fee valid one year, which is not the same clock.

What to know first

New Hampshire is a 40-hour salesperson state, and the live PSI Candidate Information Bulletin (updated 7/1/2025; online registration only as of March 31, 2025; test-takers.psiexams.com/nhre; (855) 340-3711) is the only safe source for how many of those 40 may be distance education. Candidates for the salesperson's examination shall show proof of completion of 40 hours of approved study prior to the date of examination pursuant to RSA 331-A:10,I(b) and Rea 301.03(p) and (q): a New Hampshire accredited pre-licensing course with a minimum of 32 hours of classroom attendance and no more than 8 hours of distance education within 6 months prior to the date of examination — or 34 hours of accredited national material completed in another state plus a minimum of 6 hours of New Hampshire accredited state material, still 32 classroom / 8 distance, still inside six months. Rea 301.03, fetched 2026-09-02 on LII, adds that the 32 may be classroom or real-time internet live-class (live video and audio of all participants), and that non-live-class distance is only for acceptable absences, with a 25-question final, and shall not exceed two classes. Forty hours is not Maine's 55-hour sales-agent course, not Vermont's 40 with a split PSI-national / OPR-state sitting, and not Massachusetts's 40-hour salesperson with a different vendor mix.

Three clocks, not one. (1) Sit within six months of beginning the 40-hour course (bulletin: education which began within 6 months prior to the date of examination). (2) Sit within three months of PSI receiving the exam registration (Rea 301.03(e); miss it and submit a new registration and fee). (3) After passing both portions, apply to the Commission within six months. Fail to finish both portions within six months of the original examination, or after eight attempts, and Rea 303.05 wants a new accredited prelicense course on top of the one you already took. Passing a paper before the education requirement is satisfied means you retake the exam in its entirety (Rea 301.03(r)). Effective 3/31/2025 PSI will no longer process applications via mail, fax, or email — online only at test-takers.psiexams.com/nhre.

Recovery fund	New Hampshire has historically maintained a real estate recovery mechanism under RSA 331-A. The salesperson PSI bulletin does not itemize a per-license Recovery Fund dollar on the exam-fee table. Confirm the live assessment on the OPLC fee table / Rea 301.02 rather than inventing a dollar the bulletin did not print. It is not E&O.

Mistakes that delay applicants

Starting the 40-hour course and sitting seven months later

Clock starts when the course starts. Retake the course. The paid PSI fee lasting one year does not save a stale 40.

Rea 301.03(r): both papers voided; retake everything, even if you passed a portion.

Is registration still a mailed form to the Commission?: No. Effective 3/31/2025 PSI processes exam registration online only at test-takers.psiexams.com/nhre. Mail, fax, or email is returned. Rea 301.03 still describes a Commission-filed registration form — the bulletin is the current sitting path.
Does NH really have reciprocity with all 50 states?: The PSI bulletin says that sentence. Treat it as an application path at OPLC, not a waived 40-hour course or a waived state paper, until the live reciprocal application actually waives them. Alternate education is 34 national + 6 NH, still 32/8.
What CE applies at renewal?: Live OPLC education page (fetched 2026-09-02): active renewal is at least one three-hour core course plus at least twelve elective hours, all Commission-accredited, tracked in CE Broker. RSA 331-A:25, IX wants specified first-renewal electives; until the Commission finishes that rulemaking, 12 accredited electives satisfy. Inactive renewal is a different product — confirm live.
What does the license cost?: Rea 301.02: $90 original salesperson and $90 biennial renewal. Live OPLC cart is what charges; school materials have used $99. Application and initialLicense in this object are the same $90, not stacked. PSI $66 is extra. Late renewal $60 extra for up to six months.
Do I need a broker to sit?: No. You need the 40 hours done before the sitting. You need a New Hampshire broker affiliation to practice active, and the license application is due within six months of passing whether you file active or inactive.
Is the exam Pearson? Can I test remotely?: PSI, not Pearson. Bulletin sites are New Hampshire centers (Concord, Keene, Nashua, Newington, Portsmouth, Manchester). Confirm live whether remote proctoring is a current PSI product for NHRE — this hub does not invent an OnVUE row the bulletin table did not print.
How long are scores good?: Apply within six months of passing both portions. Eight attempts or six months from the original exam without both papers → new prelicense course. Paid PSI fee valid one year, which is not the same clock.
