The New Hampshire Real Estate Commission sits inside the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification at 7 Eagle Square, Concord, NH 03301-2412. Phone (603) 271-2152. Email OPLCLicensing2@oplc.nh.gov. TDD Relay NH 1-800-735-2964. Statute: RSA 331-A. PSI Services LLC delivers the exam under the New Hampshire Real Estate Candidate Information Bulletin (copyright 2025, updated 7/1/2025; online registration only as of 3/31/2025) at test-takers.psiexams.com/nhre, (855) 340-3711. The live hours are not a blog number: RSA 331-A:10, Rea 301.03(p)–(q), and the PSI bulletin all print 40 hours of approved study with a minimum of 32 hours of classroom attendance (or real-time internet live-class) and no more than 8 hours of distance education, begun within six months prior to the examination. A Massachusetts 40 or a Maine 55 is not that 40.
PSI seats 80 national items in 150 minutes at 56 points and 40 New Hampshire items in 90 minutes at 28 points, $66 for the combined 240-minute sitting, 5–10 unscored experimental items that do not consume time. Three clocks: six months from course start, three months from registration, six months from passing to apply. Fail both portions within six months of the original exam or after eight attempts and Rea 303.05 wants a new accredited prelicense course. Criminal records go through NH State Police (RSA 331-A:10-a), six-month life. Rea 301.02 numbers the original salesperson license at $90; confirm the live OPLC cart (school materials have used $99). Active CE on the live education page: 3-hour core + 12 electives, tracked in CE Broker.
Broker is 60 hours that may not reuse the salesperson 40, plus one year full-time (or 2000 part-time hours) in five years plus six compensated transactions, PSI $70 combo on 75 national items worth 80 points. Maine's 55-hour sales-agent, Vermont's split PSI/OPR sitting, and Connecticut's 60-hour DCP-then-PSI path are neighbor comparisons, not New Hampshire's thesis.
